5.4 Support: Customer support is only provided through WhatsApp and Facebook Page.
5.5 Delivery Time: Typically within 5 minutes to 3 hours, but can take up to 24 hours in rare cases.

6.1 Coverage: Valid for issues reported within the specified warranty period.
6.2 Exceptions: No warranty for customer misuse or third-party failures.
6.3 Assistance: Provided through Google Meet/Zoom.
6.4 Timeframe: Support will be offered within 10 minutes to 48 hours after initial contact.

7. Shared Accounts

7.1 Purpose: Shared accounts are offered to provide affordable services.
7.2 Usage Guidelines: Users must respect device limits. Violations may lead to cancellation without notice.
7.3 Ownership: Accounts are registered under bueying.com email; resale is strictly prohibited.
7.4 Personal Use Only: Accounts are for individual use only and should not be shared beyond allowed limits.

8.1 Compensation: bueying.com acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for third-party errors.
8.2 Misuse: Users are solely responsible for any misuse of the website or services.
